With extensive experience in marketing, customer service, and communication within the SACCO sector, Sonia has honed her expertise in member recruitment, social media strategy, and customer satisfaction. Her background enables her to contribute to the growth and success of Kenya USA Diaspora NWDT SACCO (KUDS) by effectively managing member relations and ensuring seamless service delivery. Sonia’s keen attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to execute successful outreach campaigns make her a key asset in the dynamic SACCO environment.

Sonia holds a Master’s in Corporate Communications from Multimedia University Kenya and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Statistics from the University of Nairobi.
