Lucy is a seasoned HR and finance professional with over 2 decades experience in Human Resource management, financial management and operations management, with 9 years serving in senior management in the Sacco industry.
Lucy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – K) and a Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRP – K) with hands-on experience in both fields and an active practicing member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance degree from KCA university.
Before joining KUDS, Lucy served as the Chief Executive Officer at Shoppers Regulated DT Sacco(2020 – 2022) and Nairobi Water Regulated Non – DT Sacco(2022 – Jan 2026) where she made significant contributions in membership growth, enhancing operational efficiency, deposits mobilization, liquidity management, revenue growth, enhancing governance structures and design and development of sound policies.
Passionate about customer experience, Lucy is committed to ensure that KUDS members receive exceptional service and are empowered to make sound financial decisions through member education and information. Her past experience as a Chief Executive Officer and great achievements is a testament that she will be able to drive the Sacco achieve its vision of becoming the preferred Sacco for Diaspora members, renowned for exceptional service and sustainable financial solutions
