Rwamba Karanja is a highly experienced accounting professional with a career spanning over two decades in financial operations and customer service. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, and studied Accounting at Strathmore University in Nairobi, Kenya.
From 2004 to 2012, Rwamba served as an Accounting Associate with the EPA Conference of the United Methodist Church, where she supported financial reporting and stewardship. Prior to that, she worked for 15 years at the International Laboratory Research Institute (ILRI) as a Cashier/Bank Representative, managing member-facing transactions and day-to-day financial operations.
Her extensive background has equipped her with a deep understanding of both organizational finance and client services skills she brings to her role within the SACCO community.
